The key difference lies in the appearance – all appliances are technically inspected.
Used - Like new
The device is in almost new condition and shows only minimal signs of use, if any. These may have been caused, for example, by technical inspection or the packaging. Visually, the device is virtually indistinguishable from a new one.

Housing Damages
The device shows visible damage to the casing, such as pronounced scratches, dents or other external deformities. In addition, there may be normal signs of wear and tear, which generally correspond to condition classes 02 or 03. The damage is purely cosmetic and does not affect the technical functionality of the device.

Which condition is right for me?
All condition grades meet our technical quality standards.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why aren’t there individual photos of each machine?
Our machines are classified into condition categories based on defined criteria. The specific signs of wear and tear may vary within a given category. For this reason, we do not show individual photos of every single machine.
Are the original accessories included?
Yes. All the original items included in the package are present. If a water filter was originally included, we will include a new one.
Is the machine supplied in its original packaging?
The original packaging may show signs of wear and tear. If necessary, we will replace it with suitable shipping packaging.
Why might my machine show a meter reading of zero?
Visible meter readings may be reset when the device software is updated. A meter reading of zero therefore does not automatically mean that the machine has not been used previously.
What is the warranty?
All our second-hand refurbished devices come with a 12-month warranty. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
