For version SES875 and SES876   The indicated price includes the professional repair and maintenance of your appliance incl. working Time, transport box and original spare parts*. Such as: brewing unit, heater, thermoblock, drive, pump, grinder, seals, valves, wear parts, etc.   - Cleaning the brewing head and sieve, replacing the sieve support gasket. - Replacing seals and internal water filters - Cleaning and adjusting the grinder, renewing if necessary - Comprehensive functional test with checking of all functions - Completion of the descaling/ cleaning program - Internal cleaning and final cleaning - Safety check in accordance with VDE 0701 regulations - You will receive a written workshop report   Procedure: After purchase, we will send you a suitable transport box incl. DHL return label. Please pack your appliance securely for transport in according with the packing instructions. Enclose a detailed error description with your device or enter it in the comments field of the order.   If you have any problems with the packaging, please let us know in advance.   *Damage to the control/ power electronics, accessories or broken or missing housing parts are not included in the price. If a fault is found in these parts during the repair, a detailed cost breakdown of the additional costs will be sent to you.
