Condition of the device being offered: Used—Like New:

We inspect the devices and, if necessary, repair them before classifying them and assigning them to sales categories. Wear parts have been replaced on all devices as needed, and of course, the complete original package contents are included (including a new water filter, if it was part of the original package). Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide images of individual units.

The units come with a 12-month warranty.

The original packaging may show signs of use; in some cases, it has been replaced with suitable shipping packaging.

Used—Like New: The original packaging and the unit may show slight signs of handling. The unit was powered on only once for technical inspection.

Slight signs of use: The unit and packaging show slight signs of use. (These are marks you have to look for; they’re only visible when the unit is held up to the "right light.")

Signs of use: The appliance and packaging show signs of use. (This means slight scratches that are more or less visible.) The drip tray area may have scratches.

Significant signs of wear: The device and its packaging show significant signs of wear. (This includes scratches and/or minor dents, particularly around the drip tray and the portafilter holder.)

These appliances are actually classified as having "slight signs of use" or "signs of use," but have sustained damage to the housing during shipping. (Dent or deep scratch)
