We inspect and, if necessary, repair the devices before classifying them and assigning them to sales categories. Wear parts have been replaced on all devices where necessary, and of course the complete original scope of delivery is included (including a new water filter, if it was part of the original scope of delivery). Unfortunately, we are unable to provide images of the individual devices.

The devices come with a 12-month warranty.

The original packaging may show signs of use; in some cases, it has been replaced with suitable shipping packaging.

Used – Like New: The original packaging and the device may show slight signs of handling. The device was powered on only once for a technical inspection.

Slight Signs of Use: The device and packaging show slight signs of use. (These are marks you have to look for; they’re only visible when the device is held up to the "right light.")

Signs of use: The device and packaging show signs of use. (This means light scratches that are more or less visible.) The drip tray area may have scratches.

Noticeable signs of use: The device and packaging show noticeable signs of use. (This means scratches and/or slight dents, particularly in the area of the drip tray and the portafilter holder.)

Housing damage: The machines are actually in the "slight signs of use" or "signs of use" condition, but have sustained housing damage during transport. (Dent or deep scratch)
