Product Description:

The SMEG SMMG01 meat grinder attachment adds a versatile function to compatible SMEG stand mixers for mincing and processing a wide variety of foods. In addition to meat, it can be used to process items such as fish, vegetables, hard cheese, bread, or dried fruit.

The set includes three stainless steel grinding discs that allow you to customize the desired consistency. The coarse 8-mm disc, for example, is suitable for coarser ground meat, while the medium 4.2-mm and fine 3-mm discs produce correspondingly finer results.

Additionally, a sausage-filling attachment and a kebbe attachment are included. This makes the accessory suitable not only for the traditional preparation of ground meat but also for homemade sausages and stuffed meat specialties. A pusher helps ensure the ingredients are fed through safely.

The sturdy housing, as well as the auger and ring, are made of an aluminum alloy, while the perforated discs are made of stainless steel. A silicone cleaning tool for the perforated discs is also included.
