We inspect the devices and, if necessary, repair them before classifying them and placing them in sales categories. Wear parts have been replaced on all devices as needed, and of course, the complete original package contents are included (including a new water filter if it was part of the original package). Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to provide individual photos of each unit.

The units come with a 12-month warranty.

The original packaging may show signs of use; in some cases, it has been replaced with suitable shipping packaging.

Used—Like New: The original packaging and the device may show slight signs of handling. The device was powered on only once for technical inspection.

Slight Signs of Use: The device and packaging show slight signs of use. (These are marks you have to look for; they’re only visible when the device is viewed in the "right light.")

Signs of use: The device and packaging show signs of use. (This means light scratches that are more or less visible.) The drip tray area may have scratches.

Significant signs of wear: The device and its packaging show significant signs of wear. (This includes scratches and/or slight dents, particularly around the drip tray and the portafilter holder.)

Housing damage: These machines are actually classified as having "slight signs of use" or "signs of use," but have sustained damage to the housing during shipping (a dent or a deep scratch).
