The devices are classified by us after inspection and, if necessary, repair, and divided into sales categories. Wear parts have been replaced on all devices where necessary, and of course the complete original scope of delivery is included (including a new water filter if it was part of the original scope of delivery). For this reason, it is unfortunately not possible to provide images of the individual devices.

The devices come with a 12-month warranty.

The original packaging may show signs of wear and tear; if necessary, it has been replaced with suitable shipping packaging.

Used-Like new: The original packaging and the device may show slight signs of handling. The device was only put into operation once for technical testing.

Slight signs of use: The device and packaging show slight signs of use. (These are marks that you have to look for and can only be seen when the device is held up to the "right light").

Signs of use: The device and packaging show signs of use (i.e., slight scratches that are more or less visible). The drip tray area may show scratches.

Significant signs of use: The device and packaging show significant signs of wear (i.e., scratches and/or slight dents, especially in the area of the drip tray and portafilter holder).

Damage to the housing: The devices actually have slight signs of wear or signs of wear, but have suffered damage to the housing during transport. (Dents or heavy scratches)
