We inspect the devices, repair them if necessary, classify them, and categorize them for sale. Wear parts have been replaced on all devices where necessary, and of course, the complete original scope of delivery is included (including a new water filter if it was part of the original scope of delivery). For this reason, it is unfortunately not possible to provide individual photos of the devices.

The devices come with a 12-month warranty.

The original packaging may show signs of use; if necessary, it has been replaced with suitable shipping packaging.

Used—Like New: The original packaging and the device may show slight signs of handling. The device was powered on only once for technical inspection.

Slight signs of use: The device and packaging show slight signs of use. (These are marks you have to look for; they are only visible when the device is viewed in the "right light.")

Signs of use: The appliance and packaging show signs of use. (This means minor scratches that are more or less visible.) The drip tray area may have scratches.

Noticeable signs of use: The appliance and packaging show noticeable signs of use. (This means scratches and/or slight dents, particularly in the area of the drip tray and the portafilter holder.)

Case damage: These devices are actually classified as having "light signs of use" or "signs of use," but have sustained case damage during shipping. (Dent or deep scratch)

!Attention! : During the refurbishment process, all machines are updated to the latest software version; this may reset the counter readings visible to the customer to 0.
