The price quoted includes the professional repair and maintenance of your appliance including labour, transport box and original spare parts*. Such as brewing unit, heater, thermoblock, pump, seals, valves, wearing parts, etc.

-Removal of the fault

-Cleaning the brew group, replacing the brew group seal

-Cleaning and adjusting the grinder

-Comprehensive function test with testing of all functions

-Carrying out the descaling/cleaning programme

-Internal cleaning and final cleaning

-Safety test in accordance with VDE 0701 regulations

-You will receive a written workshop report

Procedure:

After purchase, we will send you a suitable transport box including a DHL return label. Please pack your appliance securely for transport in accordance with the packing instructions.

If you have any problems with the packaging, you have the option of calling us.

*Damage to the control/power electronics, accessories or broken or missing housing parts are not included in the price. If a fault is found in these parts during the repair, you will be sent a detailed cost breakdown of the additional costs.

**The return shipment of the device to you is subject to a charge and is calculated depending on the country of dispatch. Return shipping will be charged directly at the time of purchase.
