The price quoted includes the professional repair and maintenance of your appliance including labour, transport box and original spare parts*. Such as brewing unit, heater, thermoblock, pump, seals, valves, wearing parts, etc.

- Initial inspection/check

- Comprehensive function test with inspection of all functions

- Replacement of defective parts

- Carrying out the descaling programme

- Internal cleaning and final cleaning

- Cleaning of the milk system

- Safety check in accordance with VDE 0701 regulations

- You will receive a written workshop report

Procedure:

After purchase, we will send you a suitable transport box including a DHL return label. Please pack your device securely for transport in accordance with the packing instructions. <p style=’color:red’><strong>Damage caused by foreign capsules is excluded from the repair</strong></p>.

*Damage to the control/power electronics, accessories or broken or missing housing parts are not included in the price. Should a fault be found in these parts during the repair, a detailed cost breakdown of the additional costs will be sent to you.

** The return label for sending in the device is included in the price. The return despatch of the device to you is subject to a charge and is calculated depending on the country of despatch. Return shipping will be charged directly at the time of purchase.
