The Kenwood AWAT910005 pasta attachment allows you to make fresh spaccatelli using a compatible Pasta Fresca pasta press. Spaccatelli are long, tube-shaped noodles with an opening on one side. Thanks to their shape, they hold hearty, chunky sauces particularly well.
The metal insert is placed into the compatible Kenwood pasta press and shapes the prepared pasta dough as it exits. It can be used as an additional shaping insert or as a replacement for a damaged or missing spaccatelli insert.
